Lots More GG Allin Content on The Channel! GG had been working on this book during the time he was incarcerated in various prisons facilities in Michigan back in the late eighties and early nineties. Before we created Carnival of Excess, GG and I worked on the book project titled, The Ann Arbor Incident. While it has not been published at this point, it is the story about how (and why) GG ended up doing time in the Michigan prison system. It is not for the faint of heart. The notorious 1989 tour with The Disappointments was riddled with very sort of toxic event that one could imagine, and then some. GG was in a desperate state and was on the run. Ultimately it all caught up to him and the rest is history. This is the story of the book that almost made it out, but didn’t! Perhaps it will surface in the future!
