Lauren: / @im_laurenhays Tara: / @taradawn8123 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ingredients: •99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast •Reduced Fat Cheddar Jack Cheese •Taco Seasoning 1 Packet •Red Enchilada Sauce 19oz •Diced Tomatoes + Green Chili’s 1 can •Black beans 1 can •Fat Free Refried Pinto Beans 1 can •Corn Tortillas 8 •Taco Bell Mild Sauce (to taste) How To: Sauté your turkey in a skillet until fully cooked and add taco seasoning to directions. In your pan (mine is 9x13) put a thin layer of your enchilada sauce before you start layering. Next, place 4 corn tortillas in the pan. As you can see, I split my 4th one apart to divide it up better. Then you will spread (as best you can) a layer of Fat Free Refried Beans. I’m hind site I wish I had heated them up separately to make them easier to spread. But if you don’t want to mess with that step, it turned out just fine! At this point, my turkey was finished cooking so I made the mixture. Turkey, taco seasoning, black beans and tomatoes and green chilies. Layer half of the mixture on top of the Refried beans and spread out evenly. Repeat all of these steps evenly until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle on your desired amount of cheese for your daily points, I highly recommend a food scale. Pop into the oven at 350 degrees for 30 min. Depending on your oven, your really only doing to heat it up! I did not use any cooking oil and I didn’t have any issue with it sticking to the pan
