Unbound is a 35-minute intermediate vinyasa yoga class designed to create spaciousness and freedom through the hips, shoulders, and side body. This creative flow explores themes of reaching, opening, and unbinding, with repeated opportunities to reach back for the foot, expand through the front body, and move with fluid strength. Expect a steady, breath-led vinyasa with hip openers, shoulder opening poses, side body lengthening, and dynamic transitions that build heat and mobility while inviting a sense of ease and expression. This class is best suited for intermediate practitioners or those comfortable with creative vinyasa and exploring deeper ranges of motion.
