Welcome to my channel, where I explore contemporary abstract & fluid acrylic and mixed media painting and art. I love to push the boundaries and express beauty, healing, and provocative techniques in my paintings. Each one is unique with its own creation story. In this specific painting, I was able to apply what I learned in my art course regarding abstract painting. Of course, there's more to it, but in this painting, I used a complimentary color pallett story. I used blue/orange, which means all colors on the color wheel in the blue/orange line, can be used. also, black and / or white is acceptable too. Of course, with blooming and fluid art, there is not always a source to look at. What happens for me is a feeling that comes to me during every painting. In this particular painting, I felt an overwhelming sense of love and gratitude! My 8 month old Grandsons smiles and presence filled the room. so much it brought me to tears. you see, he has been in heaven now for the past 5 years. This has never happened like this before this time. it's like he came to visit me. and I felt so blessed and happy to feel him one more time. Painting has always been my calling since I was a young girl. I painted a tree, and I remember bringing it home. I fell in love with that painting so much that I still remember the happiness I felt having it in my hands. Don't laugh, but I literally wanted to sleep with it next to me. I was about 5 or 6 years old, and that's the exact time I knew I wanted to be a painter. Now, many years and 2 careers later here, I am fulfilling my greatest dream!!! Emerging myself into art and painting as much as I physically am able to! My pm 2 parts HGTV infinity Gold 1 part varthane 3x triple thick paints are mixed approx. 4pm to 1paint with a touch of water to thin a little bit.
