Four years ago we had no shower - inside the house or outdoors. Instead we made do with a luke warm bucket of water in a secluded spot under an olive tree. To remedy this we built a simple timber framed screen and installed a solar shower so we could refresh ourselves at the end of a long day of house renovation work. But now we have a hot running indoor shower and have no need for the outdoor shower anymore – which is good because it's definitely past it's prime. In this episode we tear down the old solar shower structure and repurpose all the materials into something completely different: an outdoor grow box for all of our seedlings that are growing on or waiting to be planted out in garden.
