INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup (230g) of sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons of peppermint flavor 4 cups (500g) of powdered sugar 1.5 cups (270g) of chocolate SUPPLIES A mixer A small scoop A cutting board Some parchment Some precision dipping tools DIRECTIONS In a mixing bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until it forms a crumbly dough. Scoop some of the dough (about a teaspoon), and form it into a small, rounded disk, similar to an actual Junior Mint. Continue with the rest of the dough. Melt the chocolate, then dip a disk into the chocolate, let the excess drain, and place it on the lined cutting board.
