This HiAce camper is built on the KZH132 chassis, with Toyota’s 1KZ model 3.0 liter turbo diesel engine, automatic transmission, and 2wd drivetrain. It clocks a low 127,000 miles, which is really only getting started for Toyota's 1KZ, known to exceed 500,000 miles before a rebuild is required. This Hiace is the longest and tallest of its generation, and was converted into a camper by VANTECH in Japan in 1997. Upgrades to the camper include: • new faucet • new water pump • new water lines • new water jugs • new 100ah AGM camper battery • new gas lines for stove • new Dometic refrigerator • Webasto diesel cabin heater • LED cabin lights The camper build has a cozy feel. As shown in the photos, the camper sleeps 4, with the lower seats converting into a bed, and the upper bunk for 2 constructed from padded bed panels on a sliding track. Much love went into making this van 'road-trip-ready'. Consistent with all the vans we sell, it has received a full timing belt job, maintenance update, and many other mechanical repairs and upgrades: • timing belt • cam & crankshaft oil seals • tensioner pulley & tensioner • water pump • thermostat • radiator cap • coolant flush • all coolant hoses • all main drive belts • fuel filter • all fuel lines • air filter • oil breather hoses (2) • driveline lube • transmission flush • rear differential oil • motor oil & filter • timing cover gasket • valve cover gasket • ERG bypass • EGT gauge • wipers • motor mounts (3) • front sway bar bush set • fan clutch • full detail • steering alignment • BFG all-terrain tires • starting battery • turned front rotors • front brake pads • front wheel seal kit • repacked front wheel bearings • alternator A large part of what you gain when purchasing your vehicle from Vanlife Northwest is our knowledge base and experience throughout the life of your adventure mobile.
