10/9/23 At 12:00:11 the city of Enid conducted a weekly test of their E-Class Voice Capability on Monday, October 9th, 2023. A couple weeks ago I was staying at my Grandparent’s house and I heard this E-Class do this signal. I was confused because for one, the weekly tests are the voice capability tests. And two, it’s not the normal 670hz Alert tone, it’s the high tone for the Hi-Lo signal. It also didn’t go for 3 minutes like they’re set to do for the regular Alert signal, as seen in the video. The EMA confirmed today would be a voice test so I’m pretty sure this one is malfunctioning.
