I did it… I found medieval gold. ✨ At an East of England metal detecting rally in Norfolk, I uncovered a stunning 14th-century Edward III Quarter Noble - a coin struck during the reign of Edward III of England in the 1300s. But this wasn’t just about the coin. How would you want to experience a once-in-a-lifetime find like this? Alone in a field… or surrounded by passionate detectorists who truly understand what you’re holding? When the gold appeared in the soil, I had some of the best people around me - friends who appreciated the moment, helped carefully reveal it, supported the process, and even filmed it so the memory could be captured forever.
