In this video I discuss the importance of being the observer of your mind and how when you notice negative thought patterns or a shift in your body, you can learn that you’re in control. You now have gained the awareness to pay more attention. This is the start of your awakening journey. You are bringing what is unconscious in you, to the light of consciousness. I talk about practicing more self care and rest more when you need to (esp women around our cycles!). I share a story of mine around our cycles in the video and how we need to rest, practice more self care and do what we need to do in those moments where we feel a shift in our mindset.
