Hi All, I had a great opportunity to watch and film custom skis being built by Community Skis, a custom manufacturer of skis in Mammoth Lakes, CA. In order to film the entire ski building process I filmed 2 sets of skis being manufactured. The first set of skis (all-mountain skis) was used to show how the core and edging is created. The second set of skis (swallow tail powder skis) was used to show the fiberglassing, graphics, curing, and finishing process. It was a lot of fun to see the process start to finish, even though it was on 2 different sets of skis. This is the last footage from my old camera (died during filming). I had to re-shot a few things and edited everything together using old footage from my Cannon and new footage from my GoPro. Hopefully it is seamless. Cheers and thanks for watching. Immo
