===================== ++ DESCRIPTION ===================== We sell some delightful and at times, very underappreciated Italian biscuits called Biscotti. They are these twice-baked biscuits - sounds strange doesn't it? It is really quite a fast and easy recipe with a very fascinating process. I've been meaning to try out making one of these and found a recipe based on honey rather than sugar and wondered how different it would turn out to be. The process isn't super different but definitely adds a delightful flavour and fragrance. I'll definitely try to find time to do the regular sugar variation, and play with other flavours. I think I need more practice to get to know how long exactly to bake the log before it is cooked enough to slice as I actually had to chill mine quite a lot before I could chill it because it was too under baked.
