The president of the Permanent Council, Alberto Borea, was at the ceremony and asked the help of all ambassadors in working together with Inzulsa to achieve results. After being formally given his title, Miguel Insulza was received with an extended ovation from dozens of ambassadors from the Americas, the OAS and the White House.
