Update from Mallacoota: Three precious cargo on board

Three strong fighters Vicky, Spinach and Leafy, have been evacuated to Healesville Sanctuary with special thanks to Royal Australian Air Force. As we work alongside Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning at the triage wildlife centres, tending to many injured, hungry and dehydrated wildlife, these three koalas received a special lift back to our Australian Wildlife Health Centre for further treatment. The extent of the damage of these fires in still unknown. But the Bushfire Emergency Wildlife Fund is pooling donations to ensure long-term plans and immediate action can be taken to ensure our wildlife recover from these heartbreaking and ongoing fires.
