ELMINA SEA DEFENSE PROJECT 🇬🇭

So I visited ELMINA on 20th December 2025, in the process of videoing all the side views of the ELMINA CASTLE, and I noticed the wonderful GIANT SEA DEFENSE PROJECT, A SEA DEFENSE is a structure or rocks designed and built along the coast to protect the sea tides from eroding coastal lands and towns along the coast. In Elmina, there's a giant Sea Defense between the castle and the sea, and there's a space left used as a beach for swimming, and in another place, there are two long and tall sea Defense at opposite sides where the sea passing through between the two sea Defense forming a Canal leading to Elmina Fishing Port and also for boat parking. So at the fishing port, fishing boats move under the two Elmina Bridges through the canal in between the two sea Defense here and the other end before entering the main sea and it's very beautiful 🔥 I was asking myself, why not the Government do this same giant Sea Defense in KETA, ANLOGA, DENU and AFLAO now. I mean, we should not wait for the Sea to take over the lands or towns there before rushing to building Sea Defense where they are supposed to be built. So we are appealing to the Government of Ghana, that Volta and Greater Accra also need this type of Sea Defense Project along our Coast before future destruction.
