BBMak - Back Here Drum Cover

Needed a song to showcase my new Ludwig 3" x 13" piccolo snare (the small one to my left) and thought of this song: BBMak's Back Here. I'll admit, I love this song still. Released in the US in July of 2000, this song peaked at number 13. I believe this was at the height of all those boy bands back in the late 90's/early 2000's too. Such a catchy number plus the drumming is pretty laid back with such a nice groove.--which I need to work on. The backbeat is so in the pocket, I am nearly breaking my wrist trying to land on it, haha. But I think I came close, though I know I can still still improve in that area! Additionally, there are parts in the verse where I used the piccolo snare to add another flavour to the track. So I just tuned that baby tight to get a nice, crisp attack. And so, here it is!
