The Culture Connects International Folk Dance Festival is a major cultural event organized by the Charu Castle Foundation (CCF). The festival showcases international and national folk dances, features a culture conference, and includes a photo exhibition highlighting various cultural traditions. The 2023 festival was held in Noida and Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, from October 18-21. The festival is supported by UNESCO New Delhi and Ministry of Culture (Government of India) , Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Department of Culture, CIOFF India (Official partner of UNESCO) and other cultural organizations. This activity is organised “In support of the 20th anniversary of the 2003 Convention”. In the past 21 editions more than 62240 female folk dancers already participated from India and various countries.
