UNCANNED: Puff Pastry Imperial Stout by Arrow Lodge Brewing

In this episode, we're uncanning "Puff Pastry", a 12% Imperial Stout by Arrow Lodge Brewing in Covina, CA. This beer was brewed in collaboration with Moe of Craft Beer Kings as part of their "Best Buds" celebration on 4/20. Unfortunately, the coronavirus shutdown stopped the in-person celebration, but it did not stop this beer from selling out very quickly. This imperial stout poured a deep, dark black and exploded with rich and roasty chocolate, sweet vanilla, and fluffy marshmallow into a liquid s'mores-like experience. While this beer is no longer available, we highly recommend grabbing any of Arrow Lodge's beers - stout or otherwise. They're killing it out there in Covina, and there's a reason they're one of our favorite breweries in Los Angeles.
