North Coast, Egypt - An Amazing Place for a Break in Summer

One of the different summer attractions for the Egyptians is the North Coast, Egypt, which is considered another option other than the Red sea where they could enjoy their summer, not just that, but one that is not that far from Cairo the way Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh are. Most of the Egyptian families own their apartments and villas in the North Coast where they escape to when their summer begins. There are of course some hotels which you could book at and there is also the option of renting an apartment or villa from those who tend to rent theirs in summer. Water activities, enjoying the breeze, tanning in the sun, enjoying the nightlife; these are different things one could do when it comes to the trip one will make to the North Coast, Egypt. Even though these are considered several options, Egyptians tend to go there and meet their friends so they could enjoy their summer together. Since the North Coast is so long, you might find yourself renting at the first village, in the middle, or else at the end. The weather in Egypt in summer is always hot but heading to the North Coast is considered a little bit better, although it is still considered a hot place. In winter, this is never considered a destination to head to because the weather is always very cold and you will never get the chance to enjoy the see and will always feel cold at night while being seated in any open area. We were so amazed with the life in the North Coast that we thought it is the new capital of Egypt during the days of summer; people are living there for months or those who have work, manage to head to the North Coast during the weekend. At first, we where so thrilled with the photos we have seen on the internet about this place that we decided to head there and explore it on our own and that was when we felt in love with everything about it, starting from the high waves that we enjoyed playing with and ending with the nightlife of this place which we didn't imagine they have. Egypt in general is the touristic country that one will always want to visit during his lifetime for the different historical museums and citadels that it has from several different eras. The Pharaonic Egyptian historical buildings and museums are considered the main attraction for the country, but there is also the Islamic, the Fatimid, the Ottoman, and others. Cairo is the city where tourists usually head for first, but there is also other thoughtful destinations to consider, such as Al Fayoum (   • Fayoum City & Oasis - City of Waterfalls S...  ), Alexandria, North Coast, Luxor and Aswan, or else head to the Red Sea where different cities are found.
