A short video of us making Floor Cassettes in our factory based in Watton, Norfolk. We feel that these cassettes make such light work of erecting a Timber frame kit when on site, we aim to design and supply our floors (as cassettes) on every timber frame project we are involved in. Supplying them as cassettes gives the carpenters a very good chance in erecting a house kit in one day with a crane, saving our customers money as they don't need multiple daily crane hire charges. The gang-nail metal web floor joists were also manufactured by ourselves, providing the perfect Floor joist for any project. You can see the strongback bracing, insulated rim-boards, partition noggins and 22mm weather tight floor decking being fixed to our joists.
