XV Conference on School Leadership and Management – Afternoon (Aula Magna Eliodoro Matte Ossa)

Live stream of the afternoon sessions from the Aula Magna Eliodoro Matte Ossa, as part of the Summit Internacional de Educación UC 2026, taking place on Wednesday, January 14, at the Centro de Extensión Alameda UC. The broadcast begins with the conversation “Opportunities for Educational Improvement through Artificial Intelligence: A Dialogue between Practice and Academia”, featuring Thiago Rached and Francisco Gallego, Vice-President for Institutional Management of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. This will be followed by the presentation of selected papers from the XV Conference on School Leadership and Management, chosen through an academic review process, addressing research, experiences, and practices related to educational leadership and the use of artificial intelligence in school settings. The program continues with the international panel “Expectations and Experiences of AI-Assisted School Leadership”, featuring Mike Johanek, Magdalena Fernández, and José Manuel Meza, who will share perspectives from diverse educational contexts. The afternoon will conclude with the keynote lecture by Barbara Rogoff, entitled “Lessons from Indigenous Communities of the Americas on Sophisticated Collaboration and Cultural Participation”. This stream concludes the activities held in the Aula Magna Eliodoro Matte Ossa, as the general closing of the Summit Internacional de Educación UC 2026 will take place jointly in the Salón Fresno.
