Cornbread was fortunate enough to visit the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama recently and it was amazing! It's the largest space museum in the world and home to tons of interactive exhibits. An authentic Saturn V moon rocket is on display and there is lots of info on the Space Shuttle program and International Space Station. The center is home to Space Camp, U.S. Cyber Camp, Aviation Challenge Camp and Robotics Camp programs. The U.S. Space and Rocket Center is a museum and educational center dedicated to the exploration of space and rocketry. It is located in Huntsville, Alabama, which is often called the "Rocket City" because of its association with space exploration and missile defense. The center is home to a large collection of artifacts and exhibits related to space exploration and rocket technology, including a full-scale replica of the Saturn V rocket, which was used to launch the Apollo missions to the moon. Visitors can also see actual space suits, moon rocks, and other equipment used by NASA astronauts.
