Hey friends, namaste doston to aaj hamari kitchen mein banne ja raha hai cake. Iske ko aap apne ghar ke ingredients se banaa sakte ho. Ingredients : 1. Curd (दही) - 1 cup 2. Refined oil (रिफाइंड आइल) - 1/4 cup 3. Suger( चीनी)- According to your taste 4. Sooji(सूजी) - 1 cup 5. Milk powder (मिल्क पाउडर )- 2/4 cup 6. Coffee Powder (काफी पाउडर) - 2 tsp 7. Elaichi Powder ( इलायची पाउडर) - half tsp 8. Eno - one full packet Process : 1. Mix curd and refined oil (दही और रिफाइंड आइल को मिला दे ) 2.Add suger powder to the mixture (चीनी को पीसकर मिक्सचर में डाल दे) 3. Add sooji, milk powder, coffee powder and half tsp salt and mix (सूजी, मिल्क पाउडर, कॉफी पाउडर और थोड़ा नामक मिला दे ) 4. Now add eno to the mixture ( अब ईनो मिला दे) 5. Add butter paper and grease your container (अब आपने बर्तन में बटर पेपर लगा दे और घी से ग्रेस कर दे) 6. Pour the mixture into the container and bake for 40 minutes (अब आपने मिक्सचर को बर्तन में डालकर 40 मिनट तक पकने दे) Your tasty and delicious recipe is ready.
