Welcome to Wonderhussy Adventure #476 Dates of Adventure: 10/16/20 Hiking to a SUPER remote cabin just outside the boundary of Death Valley, where it meets the military lands known collectively as the R-2508 Special Use Airspace Complex. Some say this cabin was built back in the 1940s by an employee of Walt Disney, as a desert hideaway...but whatever its history, it has sadly fallen into disrepair thanks to the access road being closed when the area was designated wilderness. But despite the cobwebs and dust, you can see how cozy and well-built this place was!
