We’re finally giving an update on our 100 Day Health Challenge! We kept meaning to sit down and share how it went... but somehow the right time never came — which is why we’re randomly doing it now, four months later, at midnight. 😂 Last fall, we cut out gluten, seed oils, and processed foods for 100 days and focused on eating real, whole foods like meat, eggs, dairy, fruits, and vegetables. In this video, we talk about what actually happened, what went right, what didn’t, and how it changed the way we see food and health. It’s been a few months since the challenge ended, and we’re sharing the honest truth about how we felt during the 100 days—and what happened once we started adding the old foods back in.
