Ever wonder what a night market in China is like? Me too! Welcome to an evening in Yang Shuo. This walking street in chilly, rainy November is just packed - so we're out to find some snacks. Of all the things I love about China, the diversity is what I appreciate today. Here in this walking street, you can enjoy food from just about every part of China. The pickled sour and spicy flavors from the South, the fresh and colorful meals from the East, and the savory meaty fire-cooking from the West, we have a bit of all of it today. Its great to have you with us! I always look forward to "the next visit to China," and I think its now been 6 times so far to visit this amazing land.
