It is the largest amongst the 11 Governorates in the Sultanate of Oman bordered by the east of Yemen and south of Saudi. Dhofar is known for its Khareef or autumn season where neighboring countries are swarming together to experience the enchanting rivers and forests and mountains where the heavens kisses the earth.
