In Conversation with: John Rando, Director of On the Town
Sit down with John Rando, the Tony Award winning director of "On the Town", as he takes a break from tech week to share his insights on the show. "On The Town" has music by Leonard Bernstein with book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green and it was based on an idea by Jerome Robbins. The production is choreographed by Emmy Award winner, Joshua Bergasse (NBC's "SMASH") and is directed by Tony Award winner, John Rando ("Urinetown"). The production runs June 12-July 13 at the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (30 Union Street, Pittsfield, MA). Check out www.barringtonstageco.org for tickets and more information.
