Exactly 20 years ago I gave up film. Kick starting my pro photography career. What's changed?

On a trip to Colorado in 2004 I decided to leave my film camera at home. It coincided with the start of my working as a photographer. Looking at some of those photos for inspiration and seeing where my photography has gone. Which of those items of kit I took with me, do I still use?
