We wanted to try out a steak cooked in the Air Fryer. We cooked mine at 200 Deg C for 12 minutes and it came out medium rare, Sharon wanted hers cooked a little more so we done hers for 14 minutes and it came out medium to well done so we think that 10 minutes would be ideal for medium rare.
