Every Summit qualifier has its own PvP lobby with a small selection of events, where the players are competing with fixed cars against each other. This doesn't feel like a Circuit spec car at all. It is extremely slow. The top cars are about 30 seconds faster on this track. In this format with the fixed cars it is alright of course but you definitely can't use this 12C for normal PvP now. The racing line that you see in this video is not a new feature by the way. You could always activate it with a perk in the HQ. I just turned it on recently for the very long faction missions and didn't bother to turn it off since then because you have to reset all of the perks for that.
