DIY Paper Sequins: no fancy dies needed! I loved the idea of making sequins in any color I wanted out of paper but the dies to do this were expensive and sequins are cheap. I decided to see if I could get the look of sequins using basic supplies I already had at home. You will need: small circle hole punches (1/16, 3/8) craft foam or a mouce pad a pen, marker or dowel. cardstock: Mirror and shimmer cardstock work best for this.
