In this video, we take our previously modelled and animated Giant Scorpion and place it into a high-stakes cinematic environment. The goal is to demonstrate the sheer power of Blender Geometry Nodes for environment design and how this workflow is paving the way for AI-assisted world-building in 3D art. What’s inside this video: The Scene Setup: Posing our custom-animated Scorpion model against a rugged, armoured vehicle to create a "Movie Stills" aesthetic. Procedural Ground Generation: We transform a simple Default Cube into a complex, realistic terrain using a Geometry Nodes (GN) setup. Using GN, we could animate or extend this terrain further. The Future of Blender: We will in the future, discuss how combining procedural nodes with AI tools can accelerate the creation of battle scenes, allowing for instant variations of rubble, debris, and landscapes. Also stay-tuned for 2-page tutorials on how to use Blender for Beginners. This gives you personal time to learn now to use this great software. Geometry Nodes + AI Future? Procedural workflows allow us to set the "rules" of a scene, while AI can help us fill in the textures, fine details, and even assist in animation cycles. This hybrid approach is the future of digital storytelling. IInteresting Links Checkout our latest Titanic Engine Room visualisation - https://culerdamage.tech/simulations/...
