On today's show we are baking a homemade Blueberry Muffins! You can too, it's easy and tasty! ENJOY EVERYONE! INGREDIENTS: 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup milk 2 large eggs 1/2 cup unsalted butter, soft 1 ¼ cup sugar 1 pint of blueberries 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cupcake pan or line with paper cups. Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together the soft butter, sugar until well blended. Beat in the eggs, vanilla until light and creamy. Mix in the dry ingredients until just blended. Crush ½ cup blueberries and fold into the batter. Coat remaining blueberries with flour and fold into the batter. Spoon batter into the cupcake pan. Sprinkle the tops with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy!
