This sack lifting solution is suitable for production and mixing areas involving raw ingredients and bulk materials. The bag or sack can be split, and contents poured into a hopper without loss of suction from the vacuum lifter. The lifters can be supplied in painted mild steel or stainless steel 304/316 as required. The stainless-steel construction means these lifters are ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The vacuum lifter consists of a column that can be mounted to the floor, ceiling, wall, or counterbalance base plate. The counterbalance base plate is designed to be lifted using a forklift truck allowing the vacuum lifter to be transported to multiple locations across the site depending on requirements. The vacuum lifter arms are manufactured as standard to give a 2.5m / 98” overall length and with the 360-degree rotation providing a footprint of optimum working space of up to 5m in diameter.
