A distressed, homeless and down on his luck Fred Herbert calls a number he believes will bring respite from his suffering. No amount of patience mustered up from the operator on the other end can prepare her for what comes next however, as the hapless Bail Bondsman makes inconsistent claims and becomes increasingly hard of hearing upon the opening of any line of questioning.
