DAY 19 - RUNNING THE NULLARBOR HIGHWAY

First of all. I hope This series inspires you to be more.. Not more like me, not more like your best friend, not like one of your heroes but more of YOU! This journey has taught me there’s always more within us and when we take away comparison and get to work - you will find it. Day nineteen. It was time for a FULL day on the 90 mile straight! No corners and no mercy! I took my Aussie rules football with me for the day and played footy the whole run for this day! A perfect way to spice things up this far along in the journey. I’ve put myself through the grinder to be able to call myself a ‘competent runner’ but I sure as hell didn’t start that way! I was terrible.. I did however set myself a MASSIVE on to run the Nullarbor and raise money for depression in a tough time for everyone especially those in CONSTANT lockdown in Melbourne. The Nullarbor Highway has the straightest and longest road in Australia and is 1200km long.
