I've done it when my power level at 19, it was super hard. Or just cheat it with trainer if you're on PC, this skill is not really worth it tbh to grind only to get 50% more stamina for your ikran. Until the end of the chapter, your default Ikran's stamina has no problem at all. Yes, it's really unnecessary for Ubisoft to add that, they just want to challenge you.
