I originally played around with Oblivions Foe, but just could not make it achieve my goals or meet my expectations. So I decided to scrap the build and start with the basics… what am I trying to achieve? Single target? AEO? bit of both? The answer is… Yes. Simply proven that keeping it “simple”, achieves the best results. And it has! This build incorporates a potential 91% critical damage with UP TO 60% CRIT CHANCE.
