After a 28-day break, I’m finally back to cutting firewood. In this video, I check and prepare my Stihl chainsaw after it has been sitting unused for nearly a month. Before starting work, I refueled it with the remaining gasoline mix and bar oil from the previous session, sharpened the chain, and made sure everything was ready. Since it’s winter, I first had to clear snow and prepare the working area. I removed extra snow to create more space and make the workspace safe and comfortable for cutting. Despite the long downtime, the Stihl chainsaw started surprisingly easily and ran smoothly. Then it was time to get back to real work — cutting firewood in sunny winter conditions. The weather was bright and clear, with a cold wind, but overall it was comfortable to work. This is real outdoor work, no shortcuts — just preparation, maintenance, and cutting.
