This build started as a medieval sheepfold for my tabletop games… and ended up doubling as a Christmas nativity stable! I used XPS foam for the stone walls, real wood for the frame, and an IKEA coconut fiber mat for the thatch. This was such a fun project, and I recorded every step so you can build one too.
