We stayed in Plantation Bay Resort and Spa Cebu for a couple of nights and did not like our experience. Yes, the place is nice. BUT we did not enjoy their customer service. Watch the video and find out why. Plantation Bay Resort Cebu is a very beautiful beach resort with world-class amenities. The Resort location as well as the rooms are very nice but the food is too expensive for its taste. The best part about this resort is the swimming pool. They have many pools and are 2 kinds. YES! 2 kinds of pools. One is a salt water pool and a number of other pools are fresh water pools. They have a number of restaurants inside the resort but our experience has not been very pleasant.
