If your hosting a big New Years Eve party, taking it to a friends house or lounging on the couch watching the ball drop on tv, this crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip will make it all complete. This dip is super easy, creamy and cheesy. I like serving it in a colorful dish surrounded by crostini bread and an assortment of crackers and pita chips. The best part about it in addition to being delicious is the crockpot will keep it nice and warm a lot easier than if it was prepared on the stovetop or in the oven.
