This was a tough one. Big waves, strong current, and sections that just wouldn’t break clean. I had just come back from a snowboarding trip where I crashed into a tree, so myknees and ankles were still in a lot of pain—everything felt off, and I kept wiping out… again and again. Three bad wipeouts in a row, and at one point I even lost my hat in the water. Frustrating session for sure. But luckily, two OG surfers from Taiwan's west coast helped me recover it. Really appreciate that—I should’ve taken the time to thank you properly and say hi. Hope we’ll meet again out there someday.
