It is impossible to avoid them without playing an old/modified version of the game. Outside of that, does a human have a chance of pulling this off in one run? There's some luck involved in some attacks - attack 2 can give you bad blaster and bone RNG, attack 5 can end with forced menu damage if you get bad blaster RNG, attack 8 decides your fate (sometimes a blaster can face diagonally instead of straight), and final attack can sometimes give you MORE forced damage at the end (I got around 14 damage in this video). You have to not only be incredibly skilled, but you also have to get incredibly lucky. The verdict? It's incredibly unlikely, but possible.
