How did I setup my Towee Rivermaster Calusa

I bought my boat barely used and 2 and half years old. It was basically new with about 15 minutes on the motor but didn't have much as far as setup and what was done wasn't right. I use the boat about 80 times a year and truly love it. Along the 2 years I have had it I've tricked out just about everything to do with it. I've had a lot of folks ask me questions about how to do different changes and with the fishing as bad as it was this morning I decided to take a minute and go through the whole boat. I'm not saying what I did is the way but it's my way and if it helps you then that is awesome. I know there are some scratches but she's a bad ass backwater fishing boat not a trophy on the wall so I don't worry about that much. Tight lines.
