Scorched Basin Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/... Welcome back, adventurers, to another round of D&D Horror Stories—where the real monsters aren’t in the dungeon, they’re at the table. In today’s cursed session, we’ve got TWO disasters for you: Story One: The Treasure Goblin in Disguise This player shows up not once, not twice, but THREE times two as a player and once as a DM and every time, he’s basically the same chaotic gremlin. As a player, he ignores the party, refuses to fight unless there’s shiny loot involved, and even then he only attacks the enemy with the most obvious treasure. As a DM? He somehow gets worse—screwing with players in every way possible, including making magic illegal without telling anyone. Hope you like playing “Sword and Shield: The Bureaucracy Edition.” Story Two: The Rulebook Rewrite DM This DM loves rules… specifically, changing them mid-game. Can’t keep up? Too bad. Call him out? HOW DARE YOU. He’s basically homebrewing chaos itself, and somehow thinks you’re the problem for noticing. So grab your dice, hide your loot, and prepare to scream into your dice bag. Because in these stories, the real rule is: “Fun is forbidden.” If you’ve ever had a DM who thinks they’re writing the Ten Commandments instead of running a game, or a party member who treats every campaign like Skyrim with mods, you’ll feel this one deep in your soul. #dnd #horrorstories #dndmemes #tabletopgames #lootgoblin Story 1: / the_worst_player_we_played_multiple_campai...
