While it's always great to provide a sweet treat or someone's favorite SONIC® drink to say thank you or as congratulations on a job well done, successful team building doesn't stop there! The use of evidence-based theory and years of experience have helped inform an intentional and solution-focused management style, which has allowed managers to persevere through transitions and growing situations. Hertzberg's Two-Factor Theory will be used to describe how managers can help motivate employees through intrinsic factors while also helping them navigate learning their team. In this session, we will also discuss strategies to engage employees, develop multi-level recognition programs that work for you and your management team, and have a discussion about best practices in employee retention.
