The new Simmons Titan 20 electronic drum kit has everything beginners and students could need. One of the most exciting features is the Titan 20’s all-new library of drum kits, all of which were recorded at a major Seattle-based studio, with sounds inspired by some of the top-selling albums in history. These familiar sounding drum kit tones utilize Simmons’ advanced V.A.R. (Variable Attack Response) technology, providing expressive dynamics and realistic performance. Another exciting feature is the Titan 20’s ‘Practice Mode’ which measures timing accuracy with several songs, exercises, and scoring, perfect for students and players just starting out. The Simmons four 8” mesh heads are all adjustable for a truly customizable feel. The mesh snare drum is designed with a low rim profile, which is great for high speed triggering. The three 10” cymbal pads give players a practical feel for any style of playing. These features provide individuals who are new to drumming with the correct foundations to begin to get comfortable on the drums and continue their learning. The Titan 20 comes equipped with Bluetooth Audio and MIDI, which allows for fast connection to the Simmons app on your smartphone or tablet. It also offers ample connections on the rear of the module for headphones, ¼” L/R outputs and USB connectivity, which transmits Audio and MIDI to your computer.
