StreemShot® Remote Photos & Notes | Streem® Feature Guide

Hi there! I’m Pete from Streem®. Let’s talk about StreemShot® photos. While you work with your customer on a Streem interactive video call, Streem automatically captures and records the customer’s video feed — but Streem limits the resolution of that feed to make the most of your customer’s internet connection. Say you want a sharper image of something for your records — or you just want to highlight a key detail so you can find it later without digging through the recording. That’s when you’ll take a StreemShot photo. When you click the StreemShot button, you remotely capture a high-resolution photo through your customer's camera and save it in your call log. To add more context, you can open the Details panel and attach a note. I’ll show you how to do this after the call, too. If you take a photo that includes a product’s model or serial number, Streem automatically transcribes it to save you time. After the call, you’ll find that information here, at the top of the Call Details page. You can check the detected numbers against the ones in the photo to make sure we got them right, and then update your notes if needed. Streem also detects certain objects and features in your customer’s environment. Your organization can use this information to assemble useful statistics about your overall customer base. If any of your photos didn’t come out as intended, select them and click the Delete button to keep things tidy. You can also download photos for use in other apps — or share them by copying a link to a specific photo...or to the overall call record. Your organization can choose to make these links publicly accessible so you can share them with your customers, or limit them to people logged into your workspace.
